Terms of Service

The TL;DR

We provide the software; you provide the data. You own your data 100%. We promise to keep it secure and isolated. You agree to use the tool legally and pay your subscription. We provide insights, but you make the final calls on your properties.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Tenvue platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using Tenvue on behalf of a company (such as a Property Management Company), you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.

Description of Service

Tenvue provides a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform for property management, including but not limited to:

  • Data Ingestion: Tools for uploading and mapping property and resident data.
  • Intelligence Analysis: Financial and operational reporting (e.g., Occupancy and Collections).
  • Operational Tools: Maintenance tracking, lease management, and automated communications.

User Accounts & Security

  • Accuracy: You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (managed via AWS Cognito).
  • Unauthorized Use: You must notify Tenvue immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Data Ownership & Use

  • Your Data: You retain all rights and ownership of the data you upload (Property, Resident, Financial, etc.). Tenvue does not claim ownership of your data.
  • License to Tenvue: You grant Tenvue a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, and display your data solely to provide the services to you.
  • Anonymized Data: Tenvue may use aggregated, anonymized data (which cannot be traced back to you or your residents) for the purpose of improving our "Intelligence Analysis" algorithms.

Prohibited Conduct

Users agree not to:

  • Use the service for any illegal purpose or in violation of local housing laws.
  • Attempt to bypass security measures or access data belonging to other organizations.
  • Upload "garbage" data or malicious code that could interfere with the platform's "Magic" logic.

Fees and Payment

  • Subscription: Access to Tenvue is provided on a subscription basis.
  • Billing: Fees are billed in advance according to the plan you selected.
  • Late Payments: Failure to pay may result in temporary suspension of access to your dashboard.

Limitation of Liability

Tenvue is a tool to assist in property management. While our "Intelligence Analysis" provides high-quality insights, all final business decisions (such as evictions or rent increases) are the sole responsibility of the Property Manager. Tenvue is not liable for financial losses resulting from management decisions.

Termination

  • By You: You can cancel your subscription at any time.
  • By Us: We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms or fail to pay.
  • Data Export: Upon termination, we provide a 30-day window for you to export your data before it is permanently deleted from our active servers.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms as we add new "Magic" features. We will notify you of any significant changes via email or a dashboard notification.
